Teddy Bear Theme Baptism and Birthday Party (Pink and Blue Party)

I'd like to share our Teddy Bear Party last year. This was a double celebration for us - my daughter's baptism and my son's 2nd birthday. I thought teddy bears would be a gender neutral theme for my little ones.

We kept everything simple but cheerful, so I picked pastel colors as motifs: Pink, Blue, and Yellow. My friends from Happy Thoughts were the ones to style the venue at Tokyo Bubble Tea, Katipunan. I had a mood board prepared for them so they based the decors on that - mainly medallions and buntings to liven up the place. Only a few decors here and there, because the venue was already pretty as is. I bought some Children's Quotes from Papemelroti and asked the Happy Thoughts team to put them in the medallions too.

We set a little space for the kids to do some coloring activity. The little teddy bears that decorated the tables were also meant to be party favors for the guests to take home. We also had cookies to give away for guests, and the large cookies were meant for the godparents.

Of course, I had to do some DIY for the party somehow. I made the pull piñata from soft cardboard, crepe paper, and ribbons, then put some soft candies like marsh mallows, gummy candies among others. I also made the invitation and prepared the loot bags for the kiddie guests. I also made the cake toppers from paper straws, paper tapes, and baker's twine.
